I had a problem with my evaporative cooling system not cooling , I call Climate Technologies & explained , a very prompt excellent service was provided arranging a call out inspection , Technician listened to my complaint & within a short time problem was diagnosed , I had a valve & a noisey fan blade replaced under warranty & all works fine , thank you guys for your excellent service .Kevin

My experience with air conditioning unit was not a good one. The technician they sent out was great had 2 separate issues that were fixed. The tech was awesome conducted him professionally ( Copany Values). Well spoken, well presented went up on our house and got the job done. Checked over unit to make sure everything was working the way it should. Now I’m cool even on 38 degrees temperature. Thank you Bonaire.

I just got an old evaporative cooler replaced in my rental property. Daryl from Bonnaire helped me thru the installation process and pricing. There are not the cheapest but backed by a reputable company. It was installed within a week. Unit is operating well..

The service was really professional and very good at the moment when the technician open the evaporative system and found out that the electric motor from the new unit installed was not new then the technician replaced it with a new electric motor to fix the problem. The time consumed by the technician was 20 minutes and the whole unit is working as a brand new equipment.

I was having problems with my ducted heater and went to Accel for a second opinion after the first technician told me the whole bloody unit needed to be replaced. They sent out a technician who fixed the unit without the need for extra parts. I was genuinely shocked how quick the service was, and how helpful the technician was. Highly recommend.

I contacted Accel Air to help me with one of my rental properties that I manage as a Property Manager. The properties Evaporative Cooling had stopped and I was informed that a part would be on order and would take 10 days. I contacted Accel Air, who responded immediately and advised me that they had the part. Within 1 day they had called my tenant and arranged an immediate appointment. Evaporative cooling fixed that day. I could not recommend Accel Air more highly!! Great communication and service. A++++++

Daryl one of the customer service representatives was a massive help in the installation of a new split system, they had exceptional customer interaction and communication skills, and went above and beyond in an attempt to rectify any possible or potential future issues. Accel Air really came through for me as I had a broken split system unit that needed to be replaced ASAP. Darryl and his team went out of their way to get this done and had it all organised and installed within a week or so, including having a technician come out to the property to do pre-inspection. They provide a detailed quote for their services and they are licensed under the Victorian Building Authority. Highly recommend Accel Air if you have heating and cooling needs.
